• We receive the building reserve only after signing a private agreement and Reception-Delivery Acceptance Protocol that ensures the complete integrity of your money.
• We agree in detail and in writing on all our management obligations and perform them without any indication of your own.
• We update the management files daily and every owner can access them at any time.

Consistency

• We take care of the prompt repayment of all utility bills: Electricity, Water, Heating Gas, etc.
• We perform the monthly issuing of the common expenses through an innovative, especially designed software system for the fair distribution of expenses.
• Continuous information of debtors for overdue receivables. Providence for the security and stability of your Building Reserve.
• We have our own experienced crew for a wide range of tasks, from cleaning to disinfection and maintenance of burners, ensuring high quality services at very competitive prices.
• We carry out at the appropriate time and at the appropriate frequency all the regular and emergency tasks required to ensure the functionality and hygiene of the building (e.g. extinguisher replenishment, maintenance of storm drains), without any indication of your own.
• We visit the building regularly and take care of any emergency repairs or work that needs to be done.

Efficiency

• We take care of the collection of the monthly common expenses and we provide any actions that may be required in cases of late payments such as continuous status calls and the possibility of individual appointments inside and outside of the building.
• We are by your side at all times, even on national holidays, in case of emergency failures.
• We provide technical support from specialized professionals of all kinds (electricians, plumbers, etc.) when needed.
• We have recognized scientific advisors who can undertake the issuance of energy performance certificates, mechanical studies of heating/ cooling, or any other scientific support that may be needed in the building.
• We also support you on a legal level with external partners / lawyers, in case this is required for any reason. Special Legal Department with experienced and distinguished lawyers for the judicial claim of debts.
